OCA DE PERU SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2 PORTIONS)

  • Sourdough Bread

  • 2 pieces Oca de Peru, in thin slices

  • Chicken fillet, meat products

  • Greek yogurt

  • Garlic, thin sliced

  • 1/2 tbsp lemon

  • Italian fresh herbs

  • Black pepper

  • Salt to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blender the yoghurt with the garlic and lemon. Bring to taste with salt and pepper

  2. Spread the bread with a thin layer of the yogurt.

  3. Put some slices of chicken fillet on each cut.

  4. Divide the slices of Oca de Peru over the bread. Season with pepper, salt and Italian herbs.
